Items in stock :

The majority of our products are immediately available in stock and can be dispatched the same day for any valid order paid before 2 p.m. For Express orders (Chrono 13 service), the service is only available when all the products in a basket are available in stock and allows delivery on D+1 for valid orders paid before 1:00 p.m.

A product in stock can be identified in its product page by a green availability index AND a simple order button :

Out of stock items :

Some products are not available in stock but remain available for sale. Once your order has been registered, it will take a lead time before shipping your order. However, when your basket contains items in stock AND items not in stock, you will be offered a paying option of "immediate delivery" allowing you to make a partial shipment with the products available in stock. This option can be identified in the order summary during the last step of the ordering process as follows :

A product managed out of stock can be identified in its product sheet by an orange availability index preceded by a header with the mention 'This product is currently not in stock for the desired quantity but can be delivered on order!' AND by an extended command button specifying 'Available on order' :

Unavailable items :

Finally, some products are not available for sale. Two scenarios can arise :

- Either the quantity in the basket is greater than our stock and no replenishment solution is available, this article is then identifiable at the time of ordering, the process will indicate to you the articles in baskets impossible to order by a triple asterisk (***). We then suggest that you lower your quantity in the basket until the order is released.

- Either the article is out of stock and is currently not available from our suppliers.

An unavailable product out of stock can be identified in its product page by a red availability index AND a sale price of 0.00€ :

       > Basket contents :

The ordering automatism will orient the available transport options according to certain criteria of content of your basket. Thus, for :

- Chronopost type express shipments: All items in the basket must be available in stock

- Mailings by letter : All the articles in the basket must be compatible with the Letter format, the total weight of the basket must be <0.5 kg, the basket must contain 20 articles maximum and the value of the basket to be <100 €.

- Oils & Aerosols : No shipment possible by plane (Overseas & Non-European Union). For Ultras-Marine territories, shipping is still possible by boat (Colissimo Eco).

- Bulky items: Such as shafts, buckets, rear bumpers, front spoiler, etc. Shipments only available by Colissimo or Pallet delivery service

- Heavy baskets : For baskets weighing> 40kg, a delivery service by carrier (delivery on pallet) will also be offered.

       > Choice of carrier :

During the ordering process, different delivery methods may be offered to you depending on your delivery address (geographic area).

       > Parcel insurance :

For more tranquility, all our packages are insured Ad-Valorem in the case of loss or damage during transport leading to alteration of the product noted and recognized by the transport provider. The market value of your shipments is therefore guaranteed, so you are financially covered in the case of sinister.

       > Shipping rate :

The prices are calculated automatically according to the weight of your basket and are displayed when selecting the delivery method. The price selected is then added to the total invoiced in addition to the amount of the items contained in the basket. The detail of the invoiced amount can be consulted at the last step of the order before validating your purchases.

       > Tracking of your order :

Once the payment for your order has been made and validated, your order status becomes “Order in preparation”. Once the package has been taken over by the carrier, the status of your order changes to "Order shipped" and we will provide you the tracking number of your parcel allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time. An email will inform you of the shipment of the parcel with a link allowing you to directly access the parcel tracking.

       > Liability limit:

We decline all responsibility in the event of an incident caused by the carrier (damage, theft, etc.). However, and in order to avoid any inconvenience, we strongly invite you to check the condition of the package in front of the delivery man on delivery before signing, and above all to mention in writing on the delivery slip the anomalies observed (package in poor condition, product damaged, missing product, ...).
